With all three phases released and 70 percent of Capitol Hill’s highly anticipated Buchanan Park now sold, just five of the property’s luxury townhomes remain on the market.
Buchanan Park is a collection of 32 residences thoughtfully crafted around the historic 1895 Buchanan School. Inspired by the Federal style architecture in the surrounding neighborhood, Buchanan Park blends the convenience of a walkable neighborhood with luxury finishes and amenities, such as expansive grounds, all-brick facades, wood flooring, marble bathrooms, private parking and rooftops with sweeping views.
Tours of the immaculately landscaped grounds—including a central green—and a model home are now available by appointment.
Located at the intersection of 13th and D SE, Buchanan Park is within walking distance of the Eastern Market Metro station and over two dozen shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. The community features landscaped spaces, multiple intimate outdoor gathering areas and a series of inviting pedestrian walkways.
The layout of the townhomes at Buchanan Park provide for ample living space and comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the kitchens and large windows throughout fill the homes with natural light. The interiors were impeccably designed to complement the prominent exterior architecture.
Oversized kitchens come with Bosch stainless steel appliances and a fixed island with a seating area. Interior finishes include Waterworks fixtures, approximately 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, and sand-in place white oak flooring. Each home also comes with a spacious private terrace on the third level, a private garage and wrought iron fencing around the front yard.
Buchanan Park’s sister community of condos, Buchanan School, has only one home left, and Buchanan Park’s Founders Collection—nine elevator townhomes, measuring at 3,000 square feet each—is launching this fall.
For more information, or to register and request an appointment, visit Buchanan Park online here or contact McWilliams|Ballard Vice President David Klimas by phone at 202.431.1272 or email at Dklimas@mcwb.com.
