Nestio
Nestio, a real estate website that centralizes listings for renters on the hunt, announced a nation-wide expansion yesterday.
The site lets users save potential rentals from sites like Craigslist all in one place, allowing comparisons of factors like location, price, neighborhood, layout, and commute times. Users can also collaborate via Nestio, email or Facebook to keep potential roommates in the loop.
To save rentals that they are interested in, users paste in the URL from any listing site, manually input the listing, or use the “+Nestio” button. If information about a listing changes, Nestio will notify the user.
Only time will tell if Nestio becomes a homebase for potential renters that can supplant mainstays like Craigslist.
