The largest new condo project within the District’s borders is about to sell out. The K tower of CityVista at the intersection of 5th and K NW has just eight of its 292 units left.

“We expect to be sold out by the end of June,” CityVista sales associate Jaspr O’Dea told UrbanTurf.

The building has been selling roughly 10 to 12 units per month. For a time last year, it was the fastest-selling condo project in the entire metropolitan area.

The remaining units include five 1BR+dens, one 2BR/2BA, and two 2BR/2.5BA+dens. All eight of the units are (somewhat surprisingly) on higher floors. Parking spaces are available for $35,000, but there are still “builder specials” available that include parking which prospective buyers should ask about.

You can see six of the units in Redfin here.

The K is one of three towers in the CityVista complex that also includes the L and the V, which is rental. The L sold out some time ago; the V is still leasing up.

CityVista inhabits a full city block and has emerged as the anchor of the Mount Vernon Triangle neighborhood, largely thanks to its street-level retail and restaurants that include the “urban lifestyle” Safeway, Busboys and Poets, 5th Street Hardware, a bank, Taylor Gourmet, and the recently-opened izakaya and sushi restaurant Kushi.
