Moderno Almost Out of Units: Figure 1

The units are almost gone at the Moderno. Housing Complex is reporting that there are just four condos remaining at the 19-unit U Street development.

According to the City Paper blog, the remaining units include: two one-bedroom/one-bathroom condos facing the back of the building, a penthouse unit and an 1,800 square-foot duplex.

Back in February, we posted about Moderno’s marketing strategy that did not include a huge grand opening party or advertising through traditional media. It seems to have paid off.
