Housing Complex’s Lydia DePillis is back from vacation and already making bold statements!
In a post on the City Paper’s real estate blog, DePillis puts forth the idea that DC public schools chancellor Michelle Rhee is the most powerful person in DC real estate. Before you dismiss the idea out of hand, you should know that DePillis makes a fairly good case.
