A high-end apartment complex is coming to Woodrbridge, reported the Washington Business Journal late last week. The Carlyle Group is developing the project in a joint venture with Greystar Real Estate Partners. The 288-unit development, which will be called Potomac Heights, will sit on 9-acres on the Jefferson David Highway near Potomac Mills mall. It is scheduled for completion by the summer of 2013.
Potomac Heights will join another rental complex under construction in Woodbridge, Bainbridge River Oaks. That 294-unit complex is estimated for completion in early 2014.
