The Lexicon, a luxury high-rise condominium in DC's NoMa neighborhood touting high-end amenities and a Walk Score of 97, is headed into the spring market with a limited number of homes available for purchase. Approximately 150 units at The Lexicon have already settled.
The property is currently showing a handful of select premium residences comprising The Luxe Collection, each featuring two bedrooms, two baths and a spacious den—notably the final available residences overlooking Florida Avenue.
In addition, four unique floor plans at The Lexicon have just been specially priced, including the final one-bedroom and den with private outdoor space (unit 204) and a well-sized two-bedroom, two-bath with a balcony and stunning gas fireplace (unit 718). These units are listed for $489,900 and $639,900, respectively.
Unit 308 is one of only two remaining one-bedroom homes, measuring at 654 square feet, and is the last one-bedroom with a balcony. It is newly available for $399,900.
The last residence with special pricing is unit 114, which is located on the ground floor and boasts the largest private terrace at The Lexicon, offering approximately 650 square feet of outdoor living. Based on the largest two-bedroom floorplan of 1,100 square feet, it comes complete with two-and-a-half-baths. Truly one-of-a-kind, unit 114 is now selling at $749,900.
Located steps from the NoMa Metro station and not far from the U Street Corridor, The Lexicon provides easy access to everything NoMa has to offer, including Trader Joe’s, The Eleanor (a bowling lounge and music venue), Tanner Park, and Eckington Yards’ “woonerf”—a European-style pedestrian-friendly street lined with restaurants and businesses, including a Union Kitchen commissary, grocery store and food kiosk.
Additionally, Lexicon residents will be within walking distance of more than a dozen new developments that are coming down the pike and will feature significant new commercial additions to the neighborhood.
The Lexicon provides an array of amenities for residents, including an elegant lobby with front desk, a fully-equipped business center, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a large outdoor cascading pool, a club room with a kitchen, and complimentary bike storage. With three levels of underground garage parking, private parking spots are available for purchase, as are a limited number of personal storage units.
The homes at The Lexicon feature hardwood floors throughout, porcelain tile in the kitchens, baths, and foyers, as well as double-pane floor-to-ceiling windows. The gourmet kitchens are appointed with stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, and most have floating islands. The two-bedroom units also feature four-fixture primary bathrooms with a shower and a separate whirlpool tub, while one-bedroom floorplans feature showers with soaking tubs.
