Jair Lynch Development Partners has acquired five apartment buildings in DC, totaling 482 units. The buildings that the U Street firm has added to their portfolio include:
- The 105-unit Aspen Court at 6676 Georgia Avenue NW (map);
- Brookland Park, 80 homes at 617 Hamlin Street NE (map);
- Burke Park, 160 homes at 1111 Massachusetts Avenue NW (map);
- Petworth Station, 78 homes at 930 Randolph Street NW (map);
- Fort Stevens Hill, 59 homes at 1339 Fort Stevens Drive NW (map).
According to a press release, the above communities “target young professionals and families with incomes not exceeding $43,000-$64,000.”
Jair Lynch has been busy over the last several months. In July, news came of a proposed 95-unit, nine-story residential building for the corner of 15th and V Street NW that the firm had in the works, and then in late September, Housing Complex reported that they had purchased a stretch of property on the 600 block of H Street NE. That plot will become 240 apartments in the next several years.
Jair Lynch’s latest acquisition brings the firm’s portfolio of residential units to over 2,100.
