Listed by Nancy Taylor Bubes and Jamie Peva of Washington Fine Properties, the home was built in the late 18th century and is filled with the type of grand entertaining spaces that one would expect for a house of this size in Georgetown. In January, the price for the house dropped to $6.5 million and it went under contract earlier this week.
