For this week’s If I Had $2 Million listing, we head about seven miles from DC to Falls Church to look at a four-bedroom contemporary lakefront home that was built earlier this year. As is evident from the photos, the home has some wide open living spaces and windows that are set up to look out to the trees and water below (no trees in the area were cut down to build the home). The home consists of four levels and includes a media room, exercise room, two dens as well as a sub-basement that is an ideal depth for a wine cellar. In keeping with the green trend, all the windows are Energy Star-rated, the toilets are dual flush and the deck is made of recycled materials. More details and photos below.
