"If I Had $2 Million" Listing: Figure 1

This week’s If I Had $2 Million listing is a six-bedroom Wardman just off Connecticut Avenue in Woodley Park. The house hasn’t been on the market in 25 years, and once you take a look at the photos, you can see why the current owners were resistant to move. The living room and dining room are enormous, the kitchen has been fully renovated and there is a spacious back deck that would be ideal for entertaining. While the master bedroom is the largest of six, the great thing about the home is that the other bedrooms are all quite sizable.
