Just before the end of 2010, Georgetown Metropolitan got its hands on the plans for the proposed conversion of The Henry and Anne Hurt Home in Georgetown at 3050 R Street NW (map) into a 15-unit condo project. For floorplans and a fairly comprehensive summary of the project, click here. Below are some quick details:
- The developer is the Argos Group, a firm that is also doing The Station and The Fire House condos on Capitol Hill.
- Each condo will be two floors: the lower-level units will occupy the basement and the first floor, and the upper-level units will consist of the second floor and attic.
- In addition to six patios, thirty parking spaces will be added to an existing parking lot.
We have a call into the Argos Group to get additional details regarding pricing, square footage, amenities and delivery date.
