Two adjacent upper NW DC neighborhoods are seeing homes sell at the quickest pace so far in 2023. Listings in AU Park and Spring Valley are spending less than three days on the market on median. Coming in at about a week and a half on the market are Shepherd Park and Crestwood along 16th Street, and Kalorama tucked away of Connecticut Avenue.
The early year slowdown in the housing market is definitely represented in the table above. In contrast, last year at this time, there were 9 neighborhoods in DC where homes were selling in 7 days or less.
