Guess the Price: The DC Shake Shack Edition

Today, UrbanTurf dusts off Guess the Price in honor of the widely-anticipated DC opening of Shake Shack next week.
The original Shake Shack is located in Madison Square Park in the Flatiron neighborhood of Manhattan. For this week’s popular price-guessing game of homes in other parts of the country, we choose a listing for sale not far from this location.
Given the prize being offered (see below), UrbanTurf is going to be a little less generous with the listing details as we have been in the past. We will tell you that the property is a loft, somewhere in the 1,500 to 2,500 square-foot range, and that it has the classic features (exposed brick, high ceilings, private elevator entry) that a buyer would find in a Manhattan loft.
Those familiar with the original Shake Shack know that the lines can sometimes be interminably long in the warmer months. So, for the reader that guesses the closest to the asking price for the above loft, UrbanTurf will not only buy you a meal at Dupont Circle’s new establishment when it opens next Tuesday, but we will also stand in line for you. And if you just want us to pay, but not actually stand in line, that can be arranged. (We recommend the shack burger, cheese fries and the concrete jungle.)
Guess away!
