Guess The Price: Chicago Two-Bedroom Penthouse Short Sale

For this week’s price-guessing game of homes in other metropolitan areas, we head north and west to Chicago. This installment is a little tricky, though, as we ask you to guess the price of a top-floor two-bedroom condo unit that is a short sale.

The duplex has over 1,200 square feet of space and it has a large private deck and two fireplaces. But perhaps the best feature of the home is the huge loft that serves as the master bedroom (see above). The last thing we will say is that the price for this unit, even though it is a short sale, will make DC residents truly envious of the property prices in Chitown.
Post your guesses in the comments section below. Given the accuracy of past guesses, we have only included one photo and are not revealing the neighborhood where the home is located, so do your best with the info provided. The person with the most accurate guess will win their very own UrbanTurf t-shirt!

Printed on a comfortable Alternative Apparel t-shirt, this is the perfect way to show love for your favorite website. Guess away!
