The Isabella
The Isabella at Monticello Mews will have its grand opening this weekend, September 18th and 19th from noon to 6pm. The grand opening marks the return of new condo construction to Alexandria, an area that had just 140 new condo units remaining on the market back in February 2010.
The 144-unit project at 6301 Edsall Road (map) offers one and two-bedroom condo units starting at $239,000 and ranging in size from 781 to 1,673 square feet.
One of the main draws for buyers at The Isabella may be the amenities that will be offered, including a 25-meter lap pool, a sun deck, a private dog park, a fitness room and outdoor sports court, a private quarter-mile fitness and walking path, a front desk attendant, controlled lobby access, a secure two-level underground parking garage and an on-site Metro shuttle.
For more information, click here or drop by the grand opening on Saturday or Sunday between noon and 6pm. More images below.
