- $500,000 -- The median home price in the DC region in 2020, the highest price on record.
- $34.6 billion -- The total sales volume in the area, up 12% from 2019.
- 1.3-1.4 -- The average months of available housing supply in 2020, the lowest average in years.
- $45 million -- The sales price for the most expensive home sold in the region last year.
- $71,000 -- The sales price for the least expensive home sold in DC last year.
- 48% -- The percentage of homes that sold in 10 days or less in DC.
- 19% -- The percentage of homes that sold for more than $1 million in DC.
- $740 -- The median price per square foot in West End.
