This week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing is a five-bedroom Colonial in Cleveland Park. Unlike other million-dollar listings in the District, this home has not undergone much renovation. The price is based largely on its size and location in a popular DC neighborhood for families.

The main floor has vaulted ceilings, two skylights and two fireplaces. The kitchen has been updated, but most of the bathrooms have not and will need to be renovated in the next few years. Three of the five bedrooms are large while the other two might be more fitting as dens. There is a fenced-in yard and back patio as well as two parking spaces in addition to the two-car garage.
