Friday's "If I Had $1 Million" Listing: Figure 1

This week’s “If I Had $1 Million” listing is a three-level Victorian in Logan Circle. The reason that this listing caught our eye was not because of its location or the renovations that have been done, but rather because of the media room in the basement. The room has its original concrete flooring, has been totally wired for sound and the owners had someone come in and do custom mill work to give the room a very rustic feel. For those that like the way the room is set up, the furniture conveys.

In addition to the media room, the home has three bedrooms, a living room with a working fireplace, a remodeled kitchen a back patio area and two parking spaces. More details and photos below.
