Friday Eye Candy: The Reclaimed Elevator Shaft Edition: Figure 1

For your Friday afternoon viewing pleasure, we present a three-bedroom penthouse in the heart of Logan that embodies the phrase “urban turf”, with exposed brick and concrete throughout, a spiral staircase, and a roof deck the size of many one-bedrooms in the city. Evidently the building’s original elevator shaft was incorporated into the unit by the developer.

There are also “too many custom items to list,” according to the listing description. (Our favorite is the wine storage in the bedroom closet.)
