John Wall's tenure with the Washington Wizards lasted a decade. His Potomac mansion lasted on the market for about 48 hours.
The seven-bedroom listing hit the market on Friday with Washington Fine Properties for $4.25 million and was under contract by Sunday.
The 17,000 square-foot home that Wall renovated has the trappings that one would expect including a pool, movie theater and, of course, an indoor basketball court. The primary bedroom has not one, but two bathrooms, and not two, but three walk-in closets. In addition to a pool, the backyard has a hot tub, shuffleboard court, grass sport court, and oversized gazebo for covered cooking and dining.
Wall started his professional basketball career in DC in 2010 and was traded to the Houston Rockets at the end of 2020.
