WeLive is one of the first communities intended to take the co-working concept and extend it to communal residential living, more similar to a dormitory than a group house. As an offshoot of WeWork, which has dozens of co-working spaces nationwide, WeLive offers a shared living experience that aims to appeal to those looking to benefit from the shared responsibility and convenience of its many amenities and fully-furnished units.

The communal kitchen
WeLive Crystal City will have a shared chef’s kitchen, where some meals will be planned ahead of time, free coffee and beer, and other amenities like a yoga studio, a full-time concierge, housekeeping services, community events, and bundled utilities.
Below are more images of the new development, which will welcome residents this month.
