Deal of the Week: All Renovated in Mount Pleasant

For this installment of Deal of the Week, we find a two-bedroom condo in Mount Pleasant that has been a work in progress for the last few years. In 2006, the unit got all-new windows; in 2007, a new HVAC system was installed and last year both the kitchen and bathroom were renovated. The living area has hardwood floors and a fireplace as well as a wall of windows that flood the space with natural light. There is also a separate dining space and an additional seating area (see photo below). The unit has access to rental parking for $100 a month. There are certainly lower priced condos in Mount Pleasant, but with the work put into this one, we consider it a deal. More details and photos below. For the full listing, click here.
