Two blocks from the Brookland Metro station, brand new townhome condominium Brookland Station is entering its final sales stretch with just three homes remaining. Those homes will be on display this Sunday, May 8th, during an open house from 1pm to 4pm.
Brookland Station features 16 residences in eight four-story, brick-exterior row houses. The property combines high-end construction with a desirable location (in the heart of DC’s booming Brookland neighborhood), large floorplans and outdoor space.
The three remaining homes feature three-bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and range in size from 1,595 to 1,790 square feet. Two are upper level units and include skylights and roof space, and one is a lower level unit with a deck off the kitchen and a second outdoor space off the bedroom level. With two levels each, street-front entrances and extra wide living spaces, the units live more like townhomes than condos.
The remaining Brookland Station residences are priced starting in the upper $500s. Both model units and those for sale are available for tours, and all units are move-in ready. To make an appointment, email Dwell Residential's Jennifer Myers at here.
Brookland Station residences include lots of natural light and high-end finishes including hardwood flooring throughout, marble countertops, chef’s kitchens, walk-in closets, full-sized washer/dryers, master baths with dual vanities, stainless steel appliances and recessed lighting. Condo fees are $165 a month, and parking is available at an additional cost.
Brookland Station is located on 9th Street NE, between Kearny and Lawrence streets (map). The location is steps from the Metropolitan Branch Trail, as well as popular restaurants and shops like Menomale, Brookland’s Finest, Busboys and Poets, Filter Coffee, Yes! Organic Market and much more.
For more information on Brookland Station, visit the property online here or contact Dwell Residential's Jennifer Myers here.
