The DC apartment that played a critical role in the Watergate scandal went under contract last week.
In Bob Woodward's book The Secret Man: The Story of Watergate’s Deep Throat, the reporter writes that when Deep Throat (Mark Felt) wanted to meet with him about the Watergate scandal, Felt would circle page 20 in Woodward’s daily New York Times and then draw a clock in the lower part of the page to signal what time they should meet in a Rosslyn parking garage.
