If you wanted to buy a DC apartment that played a critical role in the Watergate scandal, you're too late.
Last week, UrbanTurf reported that the Dupont Circle condo (map) where Washington Post reporter Bob Woodward lived during his investigation of Watergate had been listed for sale. Just four days after being listed, a buyer scooped it up.

The one-bedroom has historical significance as Woodward used the balcony to communicate with Mark Felt aka Deep Throat. If Woodward wanted to meet, he would put a flag in a flower pot on the Webster House balcony.
The 450 square-foot unit was listed with Meredith Margolis and Molly Peter of Compass
