Large Open Renovated Unit in Dupont Circle

Best New Listings: The One-Bedroom Edition: Figure 2

Located on the northern edge of Dupont Circle, the selling point to this renovated unit is the living/dining space that uses the square footage very well. There are large windows and French doors that lead out to a balcony area and the area can be set up with space for a dining room table that feels separate from the living area. The unit is pet-friendly and has an in-unit washer/dryer. The only downside is the lack of a parking space, which is crucial for a buyer with a car as finding parking is extremely tough in Dupont. This penthouse-level condo at The Lincoln Condos a block north of Ben’s Chili Bowl is the best deal per square foot of the three units featured. The kitchen was recently updated and while the living room is fairly simple it does have a gas fireplace. The large bedroom has two closets and access to a private balcony as well as “top-down/bottom-up” room darkening shades for the buyer that likes to sleep late. The asking price includes a garage parking space. For the full listing, click here.
