The long-awaited Apartments at CityCenter have begun leasing, UrbanTurf has learned. Move-ins are estimated to begin in November.
As to be expected, the luxury rentals carry hefty price tags. At the low end of the range, 461-square-foot studios are renting for $2,130 a month, while 1,846-square-foot three-bedrooms are going for between $7,590 and $7,760 per month. One-bedrooms fall in the mid-$2,000-to-$4,000 range, and two-bedrooms are between $4,000 and $6,550 a month.
Condos at the adjacent Residences at CityCenterDC sold at correspondingly luxe prices, with one-bedrooms starting at $600,000 and two-bedrooms at $1 million. As we reported last month, a portion of the apartments are reserved for residents making between 60 to 80 percent of the Area Median Income.

An apartment at CityCenter.
Designed by Shalom Baranes, all of the units at the 458-unit project have a modern style, with floor-to-ceiling windows, open floor plans and “European-style” kitchen cabinetry. The rooftop has a few amenities, like a pool, club room and dog walk, and the building has a gym, yoga room, and an electric car charging station.
