Construction Begins on 520-Unit Office-to-Residential Conversion in Alexandria

Perseus TDC and Four Points have begun work on converting a 50 year-old office building in the Hoffman Town Center into a mixed-use residential development.
Upon completion in the fourth quarter of 2019, the building at 200 Stovall Street (map) will deliver 520 apartments atop 25,000 square feet of retail. The unit mix will include 50 studios, 292 one-bedrooms and 178 two-bedrooms. Amenities will include a business center, rooftop lounge with pool deck, and a three-story fitness facility.

The upcoming development is a short walk from Eisenhower Metro station and across the street from a planned million square-foot development that will include a Wegman's.
