Visitors to Realtor.com will soon be presented with an option to “AirBnB before buying.” By choosing this option, those on the hunt will be given a few Airbnb options in the neighborhood that they can book right from the site.
“As we offer a variety of unique accommodations in neighborhoods across the country, we’ll be able to allow potential homeowners the special opportunity to experience those neighborhoods as if they already live there – before making the decision to buy,” Chip Conley, head of global hospitality and strategy at AirBnB, said.
