A collection of DC’s most sophisticated townhomes will debut sales at the start of October.
Located in the heart of Shaw, Intersect at O includes just five dramatic elevator townhomes, designed for luxury living by architect Shalom Baranes, interior designer ADG and developers Roadside Development and Dantes Partners.
Intersect at O’s grand opening is Saturday, October 15th. The five exclusive townhomes will host prospective buyers from 1-3pm. RSVP now on Intersect at O homepage.
Each of the townhomes boasts four stories of solid concrete construction with double height entryways. The townhomes range in size from two to four bedrooms at 2,600 to 3,249 square feet and pricing starts at $1.8M. All of the homes feature elevators that travel from the top floor to below ground, opening into the home’s individual garage. Those garages include ample space for storage and are wired for electric car charging.
The second floor of the homes include guest suites, while the third floors have a primary suite that spans the entire level with a seating area, two walk-in closets and an enormous bathroom with a double vanity, walk-in glass shower and soaking tub. The fourth floor has a lounge with an entertainment kitchen that leads to a private walk-out roof terrace with built-in grill and gas fireplace. The terrace was also designed to accommodate an outdoor TV.
Finishes for Intersect at O are minimalist, custom and unique. Interiors include wide plank hardwood flooring throughout, motorized Mecho shades, a custom media console, custom cabinetry, double ovens, Thermador appliances, custom tile, and Quartz Calacatta waterfall countertops (with seating for four) and backsplash. Each residence also includes a front yard with landscaping and a patio.
Intersect at O is in a prime location for taking advantage of downtown DC, with walkability to two Metro stations and dozens of bars, restaurants and shops. The townhomes also have access to shared amenities at City Market at O and 880P, which include the City Market pool, exercise room, spin room, dog walk and more (subject to additional terms and limitations).
Intersect at O will deliver at the end of 2022 and a model home will be available to tour on October 15th. Additional homes will be available for hard hat tours. All tours are by appointment through Urban Pace Director of Sales Jennifer Felix at 202-853-1784 or jfelix@urbanpace.com.
