The Narrow House in DC just got a bit less expensive.
The three-story, 18-foot wide house in DC's Foxhall neighborhood (map) hit the market in July for $3.5 million. This week, listing agent Fruwah Chapman dropped the price by $500,000.
Designed by current owner Dr. Djahanguir Darvish, the home was constructed in 1985 around a small red house at the address, the remnants of which can be seen in the red walls of the home.
The three-bedroom listing is filled with interesting curves and angles given its unique design and layout. One of UrbanTurf's favorite areas is the back room that has floor-to-ceiling glass on three sides and lives like a patio.
