The Shaw pipeline is starting the year off hot.
MidCity Development has shared plans with the community to replace the four vacant apartment buildings on east side of the 1700 block of 8th Street NW (map) with a nine-story, 316-unit project. MidCity plans to file a planned unit development application in late February in hopes of being able to deliver in 2026; informational updates will be provided here.
