Fifteen percent of the residential units in the proposed 9-story building would be moderately-priced. Some ground-floor units may also have private entrances along the street. Amenities will include a pet spa and a roof deck.
Because there is only surface parking between the site and Wisconsin Avenue, the west façade will be a party wall to prepare for likely future development. The streetscape is also intended to help create a seamless connection from Cheltenham Drive Urban Park to Woodmont Avenue's Veterans Park.
WDG Architecture is the designer; Bozzuto is the contract purchaser. The development team plans to submit a sketch plan application next month.
