433-Unit Maryland Apartment Project Begins Preleasing, Delivery in July

Beltsville will be getting a new 433-unit apartment complex from JLB Partners by the middle of this summer.
The Mark at Brickyard Station, located at 12401 Brickyard Blvd. next to the Muirkirk MARC train station (map), began pre-leasing this week with the hopes of delivering the units in late July, UrbanTurf has learned.
The apartments will range in size from studios to three-bedroom units, and the building has several common areas, including multiple courtyards, a pool, and a yoga room. The Mark is the second residential project from JLB Partners in the DC region.
