The Building Group is finishing the 22,000 square-foot, 10-bedroom home on 3.8 acres along Georgetown Park in the Langley neighborhood (map). The home is listed with Mark Lowham and Daniel Heider of TTR Sotheby's International Realty.

Chateau du Soleil, as it has been named, will greet visitors with large wrought-iron doors that provide a sense of the features inside.
