While UrbanTurf strives to be thorough in our residential rundowns, sometimes a development slips through the cracks. One of those is a soon-to-deliver condominium project in Shepherd Park.
The five-story Seven700 development will deliver 32 condos a block from the Target at 7700 Georgia Avenue NW (map). The development is currently under construction and could deliver in early July.
The unit mix is predominately one- and two-bedrooms with a four-bedroom, one-bathroom unit on the cellar level, and there are Inclusionary Zoning units available. Some of the units will also have juliet balconies, and units on the fifth floor will have private roof deck space. There is also a bike room on the cellar level and nine surface parking spaces.
Teass | Warren is the architect; TTR Sotheby's is also marketing the entire project for sale at $16 million.
Note: The architect was added after publication.
