The smallest home on the market in DC currently clocks in at just north of 250 square feet. The efficiency in Brightwood was listed for sale in May.

The 262 square-foot floorplan includes a small kitchen, an open room with hardwood flooring, a closet and a bathroom. A Murphy bed comes out of the wall on one end of the unit, which also has a dishwasher and a combo washer and dryer.
The property is listed for $174,900 with Virginia Gergoff of Keller Williams Capital Properties; it last sold in 2005.
