Rendering of 7770 Norfolk
A large residential project under construction in downtown Bethesda will deliver as condos this fall, an indication of the increasing demand for this property type in the DC area.
News that 7770 Norfolk (map) will deliver as for-sale units rather than rentals was reported by Bethesda blogger Robert Dyer and UrbanTurf confirmed the news with The JBG Companies.
“I can confirm that 7770 Norfolk will deliver this fall as a condominium,” JBG’s Matt Blocher wrote in an email.
The 17-story, 200-unit project from The JBG Companies, ROSS Development & Investment and the CIM Group will consist of studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and a few three-bedrooms. Amenities ranging from a rooftop pool to a fitness center to a concierge will be offered. A restaurant will occupy the first floor.
