2950 University Terrace NW
Late Monday, a 10,000 square-foot mansion near Battery Kimble Park hit the market for $19.5 million, making it the most expensive home on the market within the District.
2950 University Terrace NW (map) sits on 6.2 acres that are filled with various paths, terraces, and gardens as well as a pool. While the home spreads out over 10,000 square feet and has a two-bedroom guest house, the lofty asking price certainly takes into consideration the large amount of acreage in one of DC’s toniest neighborhoods.
We will update this post as we receive more information about the home, but in the meantime, check out the full virtual tour here.
